Fulfillment Policy

Refund policy — Refunds are only provided if Taylor Outfitters are unable to provide you with the product you ordered, such as items are out of stock.
Delivery policy — School or sportswear items are delivered to coach or school, unless other arrangements are made. Shipped or local items are sent within guidelines of each product, usually within 3 weeks of sale closing.
Return policy – No returns. Items may only be replaced if Taylor Outfitters made an error

Being clear and fair in these policies goes a long way toward building customer trust, and it can also provide you with protection against disputes.
